For several weeks, the Library has been reorganizing the Strashun Rabbinic collection.
Letters from Sholem Aleichem
B. Cassel's grandon, Andrew W. Cassel, donated 19 pages, in Yiddish and in Russian, of letters from Sholem Aleichem, as well as from the latter’s son-in- law, Yiddish and Hebrew writer Y. D. Berkowitz, and from Olga Rabinowitz, Sholem Aleichem’s wife.
